I just opened my XBR 75X900E and the all non-google apps work great but I cannot get YouTube, YouTube TV, Built-in Chromecast, or Google Play to work. It seems that any app that requires my gmail account doesnt work.
I did several factory restarts
I tried deleting my cache/data for each app several times
I tried removing my gmail account
I tried creating a brand new, clean gmail account.
No luck. Spent 2hrs with Sony support and they have no ideas. Even tried several remote sessions. Anyone?

I was going to suggest a factory reset. You have mentioned a factory restart. Can you confirm if you have performed a reset or factory reset of your TV?
I would suggest contacting the support team who will be able to assist you further here.
