Hi @IanW2, sorry to hear about this. Slightly_frowning_Face

I'm not quite sure that I understand the behaviour you are experiencing, would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit? Are you stuck on a lock screen or can you use the device as normal, but there is no network connection?

If there is no network connection, try removing the SIM card and inserting it again, or try with a different SIM card in the device.

edit: if you could get back to me with your phone model that would be great as well, as the Xperia 1 has not been released and your post is in this board.
