HT RT3 soundbar will not restart after power cut

Anyone noted this? We had a power cut overnight. The main speaker does not do anything, nor does the remote 'wake' it up

Tried new batteries, tried power off and plug in and restart. no luck.

Can anyone suggest anything else to do?

This has happened several times before, it takes a while but does usually work again, not this time!

Have you tried using a different wall socket? Could be the power delivery system was busted or the socket itself.

NOT the wall socket, this happens every time we have a power outage (not often thankfully).

When power is back on, it displays HELLO and both the remote and touch points do nothing.

The fix is to unplug it for anywhere up to a day or so, then it seems to work.

Not happy that it does this as there seems no fast reset fix.
