I’m playing a Blu-Ray on my SONY - UBP-X500 4K Ultra HD 3D Blu-ray & DVD Player on my new 4K TV (JVC - LT-50CA890 Android TV 50" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV with Google Assistant) and there is a constant issue of the top section of the screen splitting/chopping (see attached) is there any way to fix this as the issue is persistent throughout the movie and has only happened with this new TV (I’ve had the player a while) any ideas?

Hello @Samjamie98,

have you tried connecting the player to a different HDMI port of the TV and do you have another TV to test it on?

This could be an issue with the TV or the HDMI port the player is connected to.
