Problem

When I press the Remote to take any action I need to stop 5 seconds in order to take the

Reproducing the issue

1 - Turn the BDP-S1700 on with the Remote.

2 - Once loaded press the button on the remote to go to THe Youtube,

3 - it sttop in the next square (if you try to press imediatly, it wont move)

4 - You have than to wait 4/5 secons untill the moment where it is possible to press the button again.

Has anyone encountered this issue? Does a anyone know wharf could be done

Hi,

It sounds like the batteries in the remote are empty.

Please replace them and try again.

You can also try taking out the batteries and pressing the buttons to "reset" it then put the batteries back in and try using it again.

Actualy we did change them for new batteries. That was the first thing we did.
