hello can't anyone advise? when connecting a set top box from Vodafone to htzf9, there is only sound but no image. just writes see the picture.

Hi,

You have to connect the Vodfone box directly to an input of your TV and then use ARC HDMI connector to send the sound back to the soundbar.

yes problem solved. my tv doesn't have hdcp 2.2 so i solved the problem with the help of the converter from hdcp 2.2 to hdcp 1.4.
