I have just bought an HT-X8500 sound bar but there was no AC adaptor or AC power cord in the box. (Lets not get into where I got

it - thats another matter).

Could anyone tell me what I need in terms of power/specification and where I might get a replacement.

The web site certainly has one listed but won't give me a price unless I log in.

I am not a member of the site and logging in appears only for commercial

buyers known as re-sellers.

You don't need an account for a purchase unless it's in bulk (hence the company login, AFAIK at least 🤷🏻‍♂️)

Many than ks. I did that and they put me in touch with a seller. The seller quoted about £70 because it would be a special order. I have managed to find the item on e bay for a tenner. I much appreciate your help though. Stay safe and well
