Can anyboby let me know how I can do this. The update on receiver will not work so I am trying via USB. I can find latest firmware update but the download button does not work at all. Can anyone help. Many thanks

I've tried to download it using both Chrome and Firefox and it worked just fine for me.

So maybe try a different browser?
