Sony strn 1080 hdmi issues

Hi guys wonder if anyone can help! I am having problems with my blu/ray and video hdmi inputs on my Sony STRN 1080 , they stopped working a few weeks ago.when I plug any device into them I get no signal,I have tried ps3,ps4 sony ultra hd 4k blu ray player but nothing no signal or sound at all,however when I plug in my virgin V6 box I get a picture ( a poor grainy blue picture see photo)but no sound,the V6 is the only item that will get a signal through my receiver even though its poor quality,I have swapped all hdmi cables around checking every possible permutation, I have done several factory resets,all firmware is up to date,if I had any hair I would pull it out,all my other devices work fine on video 1,game and sat-catv inputs please help regards Steff

Hi Steffw66,

Unfortunately it looks like a technical defect.

Have you tried to reset the 1080 by holding down the power button for more than 5 seconds?

I have to agree with @Peter_S on this. You tried what you can in terms of troubleshooting, and this is definitely not settings-related as other ports work as expected.

I'd check with a service centre for repair: https://locator.sony/en_GB/servicecenters

Thanks for the reply, kinda guessed the hdmi's had went bad,sure I can live with it as it is,more important things in life at the moment,however thanks again
