dsx-a410bt Bluetooth menu missing and I can't pair the phone with it, also I can not update the firmware. What I can do?

Please reset the device by holding down the OFF button for more than 2 seconds and try again afterwards.

Tried, but still the menu missing. I took off the car battery overnight as well. And when I press CALL button change the EQ preset. Also factory reset the player by hold 3 and DSPL buttons

Hmm, that's weird. I would recommend to send the device for repair then.
