I think "play s" at the end of their topic title may mean Playstation.

Accounts usually get suspended for fraud, TOS breaking, or being a tool.

I don't see an issue with answering a quick question, and re-directing someone to a sometimes less than friendly forum for newcomers doesn't warrant it any case I felt.

I guess they would get the usual, "use the search" or " read the rules" or something along those lines.

And to be honest, the reasons are true, you really only get PS accounts banned for fraud, TOS violations, and acting like a tool in games, so can't say any different to be fair.

Plenty of sections on this forum go unposted in, as the traffic isn't really the highest.

People rightly or wrongly assume Sony forum and would therefore think they might get their question regarding a Sony item or service answered.

And sometimes English not being a first language may cause hurdles.
