    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Rose&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to a different network but couldn't see how to configure a mobile hot spot as a wireless connection. Any suggestions please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When "UBP-X700 Provisioning Server Connection Status: Failed" is active thought it was just Netflix but no, it also stops me using Youtube. When I try and a different method of connecting to Netflix (Using my ASUS Chromebook connecting on the same Wireless Networkand then sharing the screen to my Sony TV) I am successful and can continue watching Netflix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Although the Wireless Connection to my Router has connected successfully and I have tried an alternative connection to the same Router I am still getting the message "Provisioning Server Connection Status: Failed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Software Version M43.R.0277 and everything seems okay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Thank you for your reply.&lt;BR /&gt;
I checked that the correct case was used on the shared keywords.&lt;BR /&gt;
As an alternative I used WPS and shared the unique number and still have&lt;BR /&gt;
the same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;
I changed the HDMI port on the Sony TV yesterday. This helped for a short&lt;BR /&gt;
while but then after a while I gor the same message that "Content was not&lt;BR /&gt;
available" from Netflix.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
When I start the TV and UBP-X700 I get a message that the UBP-X700 cannot&lt;BR /&gt;
connect to the internet.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have noticed that the audio is very poor on videos from Netflix and I can hear the music but cannot hear the speech. Any ideas?
