RDR HXD870 parental lock cannot be removed after retune

Forced to do a retune today - now the parental lock password request appears after every operation. The menu option to turn it off is not available, just the option to change the password. How do I get rid of it - its driving me mad

Thanks for that. Had already tried the reset with no joy. Have now found that in channel options all channels had LOCK selected (not by me). Remove the LOCK s and problem is cured. Weird!!
