Sky TV issues.. No signal HT-XTC3

Hi, having intermittent issues when switching on Tv.

choosing HDMI1 but it's regularly showing 'no signal' for our Sky + box . Will eventually connect after switching between tv and hdmi1 for 5 mins. Really annoying had the box since Monday and not impressed.

Any advice is most welcome. Thanks

Hi there

Some suggestions to try:

Have you tried connecting the Sky box directly to the TV instead of the HT-XT3?
Try disabling the HDMI-CEC on the Sky box itself.
Try another HDMI cable

Thank you for your reply, will give it a go. Both cables should be ok they are new. Most appreciated , J
