Getting TV sound via DAV-DZ230

Have my DAV-DZ230 connected to Bravia KDL-40U2000 via HDMI cable and plays DVDs fine, however would like to be able to watch TV and have the sound directed to the DAV but can't fathom out what I need to do!

Hi there

The only way to do this is to purchase a 'fully wired' 21 pin scart lead and connect it to the DAV system. Once connected you then change the input source to TV. See:

Thanks - afraid I'm 'fully loaded' with scart connections so looks like a sound bar may be the only way forward...
