Tried resetting, unplugging, checked internet speed and router. Just can't make it work and Sony help desk has no answers apart from on insisting minimum speed must be 10mb even after explaining their own web page states 2.5mb! Any gurus help would be much appreciated.

Ok, in answer to my own problem, it turns out a program running in the background on my PC was the cause of the problem. Just thought I'd share incase anyone else has the problem.
