SONY 4K BDP-S7200 High End Blu-Ray player DEAD

Hi Forum,

I need help....

My newly purchased (June 2015) SONY 4K BDP-S7200 High End Blu-Ray player has went dead. I cannot bring the unit out of standby....I have changed the fuse in the plug & remote and when I put the plug back into the socket a 'wait' message appears then disappears on the unit then....completley blank, dead...there must be an internal fault, any suggestions please ?
