I have a sony bravia KDF-E50A12U tv, I have had the lamp replaced about 2 and a half weeks ago now i turned on the tv this morning there is sound and a picture for about 30 to 60 seconds then the tv goes into standby mode and the green light flashes red 3 times does anyone know what this means, could it have anything to do with a faulty lamp. All help is welcomed thanks.

how very odd, im sure i posted a reply for you yesterday, it would seem the set has a power supply fault and will need a Sony techn ician to take a look at it.

ah, i did!, yesterday, part of the replaceent lamp question, one post is enough to prompt responses for you.

Hi there

Unfortunately its a hardware problem (ie dead TV). Your options are either to repair the TV (which would probably not be cost effective) - most likely its time to purchase a new one.
