Sony Bravia wont stream properly

I have a Sony Bravia TV that over the past few days wont stream online services properly, mainly not loading at all or extremely slow loading. Even if it does eventually load, the picture quality is very poor.

I've reset no end of times to see if this resolves it but it doesn't. I've factory reset, power cycled and nothing seems to be working. The streaming services work perfectly well on phones and tablets so I assume theres an issue with the WiFi on the TV

I have fibre Internet around 900mbps but the TV shows a maximum of 760kbps, ( ran the test 3 times). Works absolutely fine using a network cable.

I only bought it 11 months ago and it still have warranty but Currys have an AI assistant which is useless when id rather speak to a real person.

Any help or suggestions please?

Please note that "Sony Bravia" is just a generic name for a Sony TV going back to the last decade. As each model is different, what is the full model number?

It really should be Currys that should deal with your problem but there is no harm in contacting Sony Support Consumer Electronics
