    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The netflix app on my Bravia KDL332W7 is no longer working. It was fine until a few weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the Netflix app is launched it shows the Netflix logo and hangs with a circle going around constantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a software update but the TV said that it already had the latest software installed so I tried a factory reset but that has not solved this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi smith8,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you facing any issue with any other app or just Netflix? Also try unplugging the TV from the power for a few mins and then re plug it back and check the performance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
