Hello I have recently bought a Bravia Siny to, but cannot get the text to work, I have done as advised by Sony , gone back to factory settings, but it's still not working, has anyone any advice please on what to do ?.

It would be advisable to always indicate the initials of the product in question, this because the answers may change based on it.

Without knowing the model, I ask you: Do you have a USB Receiver connected to the TV? A Receiver like the one for a Wireless Mouse? If you tried to take it off.

But I'm not sure I understood the problem well.
