KD-49XF7003 - USB playing always from Start

KD-49XF7003 - When I watch a film from USB connected device it always starts from the beginning of the film. My older TV always played back from the last point I watched the film. Any settings to remember last point in a USB file it was watched? This worked OK for my old TV. Thanks

Hi @ifeelsofunky

I suspect the issue will lie with the Media Player in your new TV; I'll have to check and see if there are any settings for it.

A workaround would be to connect your USB device to a BluRay or DVD player, which often have dedicated media handling superior to that on the TV.

Good idea - thanks. But would prefer to use via TV so I don;t have to turn on my Xbox but please let me know the results of your investigation.
