Is there a Sony KDL-37EX403 software version update?

The current software version is: PKG4.114EUL-0108 is there anything beyond this. I have connected to the internet successfully via hardwire (All boxes ticked on the tv) , but error message 2010 keeps coming up when wanting to view?

I’m guessing that the last software version was available way back in 2014/15. You could try contacting Sony Support for an answer. Their contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.
