Motion flow Xbox problem

I just bought a Sony Bravia KD55XF7003BU but I'm having an issue with the motion flow. It only smooths the image when my Xbox is set to send a 1080p signal. If I switch it to 4k in the Xbox One X settings it looks the exact same when I switch motion flow on and off. I have the TV plugged into HDMI 2 with the enhanced mode enabled. Have I missed something? Surely smoothing works for 4k signals?

Hi Djshep,

Have you tried a different cable? (most preferably of a different brand if possible). You can also try a different HDMI port in the TV with the xbox?

Also, it's always a good idea to keep your TV up to date.
