KD-49XE7003 / EX70 tv flickers occasionally.

I have motionflow / motion smoothing turned off, as it makes everything look bizarre, like people on screen are moving too quickly etc. And yet I notice all the time, when I'm watching regular HD tv via our settop box (a YouView box), there will be the occasional stutter / flicker. Is motionflow the only answer?

Stutter might be related to connection or streaming issues - motionflow won't help here.
