Picture skips on SKY

Hi All

I have just purchased a KDL46HX753 and found that when I watched it on SKY, the picture skipped, as if being fast forwarded and somethimes, the voice was out of sync. The same happened with DVD's so I requested a new set from Comet. I had the new set delivered yesterday and I seem to have the same problem through SKY. I have had SKY out 3 times on the previous set, they have changed the box twice, enw dish and cables.

Surely, it's not the TV. Any advice?

Very strange - are you running the devices through a amp/receiver? Does the same happen if you connect them directly? Does the delay occur if you use Freeview also?

Gut feeling is its getting out of sync because of a device between the source (DVD,Sky) and the TV. In any event its worth checking you have the latest firmware by connecting the TV to the Internet, although I think the root cause lies elesewhere.
