Hello,

Please, advise what can be the solution for this error?!

TV picture gets very strong white colour.

Have a look the pictures:

I unplaged all cables and did a factory reset.

Nothing changed.

Hi there

Looks like the TV has developed a hardware fault. I would normally suggest that you take it to an authorised Sony repair centre for it to be fixed, however due to the age of the TV model (2009), I am pretty sure that even IF they do manage to find the parts to fix it, it will be un-economic to repair.

Look at it as a positive. New TV (assuming your budget can afford one that is).
