Frustration... but can't find the answer in the manuals...

On my 40HX753 when I press(ed) "Guide" I used to get the full set of Freeview channels. Fine.

I then experimented with Favourites and added a few channels to Favourites1. Then, whenever I pressed "Guide", all I got was the list of channels in Favourites1, and if I remove all those entries, I get the message "no service available". Towards the top of the screen, it always showed I'm in Favourites1.

Whatever I try, I seem unable get back to the situation where I can press "Guide" and see the entire set of freeview channels. I'm just perplexed how to get the guide button to "get out of Favourites1".

It must be very simple, but I can't find it anywhere in the documentation, and none of the button combinations I try seem to achieve what I want! Grrrrr!

Thanks in anticipation.

Message was edited by: tortoise_46
