KDL-S26A12U, YouView compatibility problem

I have just had a YouView Huawei DN370T box installed and am having problems with the HD channels (BBC1 HD, ITV HD etc). In particular the error message YVM607 keeps popping up. There is very little specific information on how to fix this issue. All the YouView website gives is very general stuff. Although the tv is HD ready is it now just now too old to cope with HD channels, or is there a solution? I believe it is something to do with handshakes?!

Hi there

Not owning a YouView box, is there any settings to lower the resolution on the YouView box itself. I believe teh Huawei brand Youview is TalkTalks, it might also be worth posting a message on their message boards as well.

A quick google search brings up

Although, baring in mind the 4 HD channels broadcast at 1080i (or 1080p sometimes)
