YouTUBE "Skip Ad" button on RM-ED058 remote

sorry about cross posting

Hi I have a Bravia W8289B TV with the RM-ED058 remote.

When watching YouTUBE on the built in app it says

Skip Ads ->|

Where "->|" is meant to represent that kind of skip-to-end button, Well there isn't one on the remote so wer'e forced to watch the ads.

Anyone know what key it really is ?

Hi there

Dont worry about the cross post (ive removed it to save confusion).

In regards to "Skip Ads", unfortunately I dont have this TV to test - however I have a 2013 TV, and cannot skip ands on mine either. So unless another forum member who has a 2014 TV, can deny this - I have to say that it cannot be done. Unfortunately even though the YouTube app is on a Sony TV, Sony has little control in its development.

There are two options I see:

Ask the channel owner to remove its ads (unlikely though)
Post this same question over to googles youtube forums for smart tvs - and see what they say. Link : HERE

on mine press the button in the centre of the 4 way navigator and the ads skip. still a pain halfway through a workout though!
