Hi there

Can you try the following and see if it works

Turn TV completely off from the wall - leave off for 2 minutes

Whilst waiting, unplug all HDMI devices from the TV (just remove the HDMI cables)

Turn TV on again and leave on for 2 minutes

Turn TV completely off again from the wall - leave off for 2 minutes

Whilst waiting, re-plug all HDMI devices back to the TV

Turn TV on again and test

If that fails, can you please perform a factory reset of the TV. It can clear many issues especially after a FW update.

Hopefully that solves the problem. If not, please respond back.

Cheers

The TV seems to be less reliable at powering on in response to HDMI-CEC signals from devices since the latest update. It worked perfectly prior to this.

It will also *sometimes* power off my PS4 when I turn the screen off. If I press the Sync Menu button on the remote I can turn the PS4 off from here reliably every time.
