Hi there

Without knowing the exact model number of your TV, its very difficult to help. But the first thing I would do, is consult the manual (either the paper verson, or the onscreen versions)

Hi,

you cannot play any subtitle files to your movies unless you use a media server such as Homestream or Serviio, and even then you must make sure your subtitle files are exactly the same name as the movie file with the .srt extension.
