I have a Bravia 32U2000 TV. It was working fine but not the sound has gone down.

The plus and minus on the remote and the TV still work i.e it goes from very low volume to low. It's just that even at max 99, it's outputting low sound

I have tried switching off the electic power and back on.

I have played with the sound settings but no joy

Any idea of anything else to try or might it be something physical that is gone in the TV?

Does it work through the headphone socket? (Turn the sound down before you plug it in though, just in case!!!!!)

Try a full factory reset as well, just in case a setting has been changed.

Same problem through headset - range from very low to low volume

Far left menu and then I think under setup sub obtion or somewhere similar - should be an option under one of the menus. May also mention in the manual
