Windows 7 recovery disc ??

Hi, I have a VPCEE2M1E.. I did not make a backup copy disc...like a fool, and know I need to wipe my Laptop clean due to a virus keep freezing my laptop, I have the serial number for my windows 7 but I do not have a copy of windows 7.... what can I do???? Please help!!!

Hi chimpazdaz,

If the hard drive recovery partition is intact you should be able to access the recovery utility by tapping F10 at boot.

If all else fails you can order a set of recovery media from Support. If you let us known whether your machine is in or out of warranty we can provide the correct contact details for Support.

Thanks Rich..... I will try now, I do have insurance on my Laptop with Tech guys which I can send to with this problem, I would rather do it myself if possible? only because I cannot wait wks for it to be returned back to me.
