    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;in all honesty, its 3 things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 the website and the way its coded so for that , that bit is out of your hands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i would say 60%&amp;nbsp; is the bandwitdh, so if your if you have a slow connection and im talking less than 4mb/s download then it will have issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the rest s up to your system spec, defragging etc. sounds weird that your system would slow the net down, but its true it does, if you have a slow system, it makes loading&amp;nbsp; harder to deal with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
