hi,

i recently purchesed sony vaio VPCEB4L1E and i am facing problem with youtube videos that are not playing properly and all colours of the video combines as shown in the attached pictures. All other display of the computer is working well. can someone help me.

Hi mubaxar,

Do you have the latest version of Adobe Flash player installed – 10.3.181.34? If not uninstall the old version using the macromedia uninstaller.

Download from the link below and save the file to a known location. Close all browsers and instant messengers before running the uninstaller.

http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Then download and install the latest version.

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Don’t forget to uncheck the optional McAfee Security Scan Plus.

also download and install http://www.cole2k.net/?download=CP-A

select all the items in the advanced install, reboot and go from there.

hi ruch912,

thank you for your help i uninsltaled the adobe but when i am trying to dowload the new version the following message come to me and problem is still there

"Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available."

chrome have ackowledged the fact they have issues with flash at the moment, so try with firefox.
