Assist button, vaio care doesn't work !!!

So last night I turned on my laptop.. I got this message that I had to rescue my windowns for some unknown reason.. I did, my laptop got rebooted. And same message again over over. So After trying F8 and all.. I still couldn't enter my laptop.. I tried the assist button and no it didn't work.. My vaio care is removed, so I have no back ups.. I don't even know how it got removed. I really don't know what to do now.. Can someone please help me? ( sorry for my spelling mistakes)

It is possible that your hard drive has been damaged or that software has become corrupt.

What model Vaio do you have?

Did you make a set of Recovery Discs when you first got your Vaio as advised in Vaio Care?

What exactly happens when you try to start your Vaio? Which lights come on? Can you hear the fans and the disc drive? What exact messages do you get on-screen?

How old is your Vaio? Is it still covered by the Warranty?

Your Vaio does have a hidden Recovery Partition. To see if this is still OK, tap F10 repeatedly when you first see the Vaio logo when you turn it on.

I have a less than one year old..VCPEF3E13 an I don't have any recovery cd's Well when u start my laptop I can't start my windows I get these black screen writing on it that there's something wrong and I need to rescue it.. And reboots again by itself.. I even tried F10..I get a message that the laptop can't fond recovery program

I think you should contact Vaio Support as a repair may be required.
