VPCF13Z1E Blue-Ray writer?

Hello,

I just bought a VAIO F-Series (VPCF13Z1E) and in the shop, they told me that it would not be able to write something on blank Blue-Ray discs. But on http://www.sony.co.uk/product/vn-f-series/vpcf13z1e-b/tab/technicalspecs they tell that the Drive is able to write something on a BD.

Now I wanted to ask if I could buy some BR Discs to write something on it or not?

All the specifications say that your model has a Blu-ray rewriter drive.

Provided you have the necessary BD burner software you should be able to burn Blu-ray discs.
