Everytime I shut down the laptop the Sony recovery tools automatically opens up. When I close this programme the computer then again restarts. I will have to leave it on unplugged from mains until the battery discharges fully for the computer to go off. I have used the rcovery tools to do system recovery. But still this problem persists and is driving me mad.
