Windows validation problem

Hello,

I bought a Vaio VPC Z13V9E from Germany which I've been using for the last two months without any issue. Today, after that I connnected the power cable, while automatically switching from Stamina to Speed mode, Dynamic Hybrid Graphics System warned me that my internet browser is open. Nevertheless, without closing my browser, I clicked "make change". After the change, my usual wallpaper turned black and on the right bottom corner appeared a message: "Die Echtheit dieser Windows-Kopie wurde noch nicht bestätigt." which translates in "The authenticity of this copy of Windows was not yet confirmed." Now whenever I turn on my device Windows tells me that my copy is not original.

Any suggestion or feedback will be welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Sony have been investigating your problem and have said that as your unit is not making a correct identification of Windows, you will need to make a Full recovery.

If you would like advice on how to do this, please contact the Sony support number on the website, or email customersupport.DE@vaio-link.com.
