Quick Web acess not working

My quick web acess feature does not work. Its a VPCEB4E4E Vaio model. It just says that the installer is required to make this feature start as it couldnt find this installer on my laptop. Does any one know solution to this problem so that i can use quick web acess feature on my laptop.

Hi Emanuel,

Has it ever worked?

All I can suggest is that you reinstall QWA from the Recovery Partition.

Start
All Programs
Vaio Care -> Open
Select Recovery & Restore -> Recovery
On the next screen choose Reinstall Applications and Drivers
Check the box next to Quick Web Access -> Next and follow screen instructions.
