LEFT MOUSE CLICK PROBLEM

My left click isnt working on my Vaio VPCEC2S0E

It has its ON/OFF moments and its really starting to get on my nerves as I paid £1000 for this laptop

However, if i hit the left click really hard it works?

And the right lclick and touchpad work?

And also if you say I need to repair it....i have a lot of documents that i dotn want to lose, what would happen to them, like my microsoft office as i paid for that.....

There is a chance that the problem could be due to some debris preventing the button press from registering, so it may be worth giving your mouse buttons a blast of compressed air..

If that doesn't resolve the problem then it looks like a repair maybe required.

To contact vaio support click the following link:Vaio support

Under Log-in option 1: Enter your vaio models serial number, which you should find on the bottom of your Vaio.

Then click Log-In

Once logged select Get In Touch..

As to your documents, photo's, Itunes, etc. it's always worth backing these up before sending your vaio off just to be on the safe side..

If support need to restore your vaio back to factory settings then you should be able to install MS office again once your vaio is returned to you..
