RX306 Power Supply Rating

Hi

I want to upgrade my graphics card to an Nvidia Quadro FX500 but it requires a 350Watt power supply, I have had a look at the PSU in my RX306 but can't find the power rating anywhere - does anyone know what it is? (or is anyone running a quadro card succesfully?)

Apparently it does have a 350W PSU, hopefuly VAIO Specialist can confirm this for you.

To be honest, most PSU these days have a minimum 350W supply so you should be OK.

Thanks for the replies. For anyone in a similar situation the word from Sony e-support is that the power supply in this model is less than 350watts - although they wouldn't say how big it actually is. Looks like I'll have to find a less monstrous video card

If you can get a pic of the PSU maybe one of us could say "ooh thats a std PSU so just buy a replacement".The reason I ask for a pic is just in case its some odd/custom size/shape PSU Sony use
