    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a sony vaio VGN-FZ31M laptop that has given up on me, when I try and turn it on I get a bleeping noise and the screen is just black.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been looking on a few forums and tried everything, removed the RAM and tried to turn it on, removed the battery and reseated the hard drive I still keep getting the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything else you can recomend?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
