    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi iv had my laptop for over a year and decieded to upgarde the ram i used mrmemmory and the compatibility softwear and found the maxium supported ram was 8gb when i got the ram and installed it the laptop would get to the windows log in screen and i would get the blue screen i thought one of the modules must have a fult so i tryed one at a time but after 5-10 min by its self it would blue screen but the orginal ram worked fine i emailed them to find out what the problem was but the engineer isnt sure of the issue so there sending me a new set out but he doesnt think this will solve the issue so does anyone have any ideas whats going ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;callum &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
