      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had a similar problem. I had no sound and the physical buttons on the keyboard no longer worked. It was after I had uninstalled software from the program list. Some programs I didn't know and thought weren't used. I used the windows recovery tool to roll back the changes and it was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lesson was that if you remove programs/exe's because you don't know what they are, google them first to find out what they do.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
