Arcsoft Visual Effects 2 HD

Hi,

My Sony Vaio SPCSE1C5E came with the Arcsoft Visual Effects 2 HD software. Because I had issues with my webcam I reinstalled all webcam related software. The Arcsoft Companion software can be found on the drivers and software download page, but for the Visual Effects software I can't find a link.

How can I reinstall this?

Hi Nikotine,

Have you looked in Vaio Recovery Center > Reinstall Programs or Drivers to see whether the software is listed as available for reinstall?

Yes, I've checked but unfortunately it isn't there.

Due to licensing agreements some preinstalled software can only be reinstated by carrying out a factory recovery using either your recovery disks or the hidden HDD recovery partition.

Unless anyone knows any different I would assume that this applies to Visual Effects.
