Vaio VPCM12M1E Resolution issue

Hi,

I have this little notebook and I can't sort out the resolution. It displays the image on the centre of the screen. Any ideas how to fix this? I've tried the display settings and only get the option to have the setting on '1' The edges of the screen are blank. It seems as though the mouse will move into the blank areas - it disappears off the edge. I thought this could be a driver issue but I'm really not sure.

Any advice would be very appreciated!

Hi chashaw and welcome.

Are you using Windows 7 as the OS?

If yes, try reinstalling the Intel Graphics Driver - you can download it from the Windows 7 Section of the Downloads Tab here: -

http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCM12M1E_W/updates

Make sure the screen resolution is set to 1024 X 600.
