Delete all in the tree and then shut down. Disconnect the power supply, remove the battery and then hold down the power button for 30 seconds.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: " arial=""&gt;Re-attach the power adaptor, reconnect the battery and re-boot - Windows will reload all USB drivers.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: " arial=""&gt;Does anything then appear in Device Manager?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rich,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no Imaging Devices in Device Manager and there is no Unknown Devices listed....my laptop was rebuilt last year and now runs Vista - but i couldn't get the Motion Eye to work before that. I have approached the Sony website for help but they dont appear to either recognise my model or be able to help...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
