hi, i am trying to find something.

everything working fine at laptop when its connected on AC power but,

when is on battery only, cant play properly movies, sound and picture they dont sync,

something like pc has not enough power.

Hi Ronine and welcome.

Which Power Plan is selected on battery? Try changing this to High Performance. Does this solve the problem?

If it does, then check the settings for the Balanced Power Plan to see if the Settings are the problem.
